pregnancy and travel

im currently undergoing assisted reproduction, so i should be pregnant by august. i' ve got a planned trip on a cruise to barra lodge in november. i should be 4 months pregnant by then. would you pls advise if i can travel there without taking any vaccination since i' ll be pregnant. a friend told me that there arent any mosquitoes there and we spend most of the time in the boat. is it safe?
