Pregnancy and miscarriage

Hi
I recently got two puppies. They are cute but definitely a handful at 7 weeks. Because of this, I have done a lot of bending over either to pick them up, pick up their doggy doo, or pick up their toys. This can go on a lot, especially over a weekend. My tummy muscles are feeling stretched/stiff. I am 16 weeks pregnant, and am concerned that this could cause a miscarriage? Am I at risk or am a just worrying to much?
Regards
Kate

No this won't cause a miscarriage, just sore muscles.

The exercise will not cause miscarriage, but you must NOT pick up dog poo while pregnany! Also, don''t overexert yourself and remember that your joints are more " loose"  during pregnancy, so it''s easier to strain them.
