Pregnancy and exercising

I found out on Friday that I am 4 weeks. I am doing aerobics or spinning classes Monday to Thursday, I was advice by my Doctor to continue with that. I would like to know the do' s and don' t' s of exercising and which heart rate level to maintain?

As long as your heart rate is not above 120/min for more than 10 min, it is okay.
