Our expert says:
Occasional secretion from the bulbar urethral glands does not contain any sperm cells, therefore highly unlikely to result in a pregnancy. However it is extremely important to distinguish between true ejaculations even if it is a small quantity, and pre ejaculation fluid. True ejaculation there is a very high concentration of sperm from the first few drops, which may result in a pregnancy. The best advice is to treat all penile secretions at arousal as being potentially fertile, therefore it may lead to a pregnancy.
