You can put together a little circuit for yourself, or you can "specialize" and do dedicated sessions. So 30 min cycling, or boxing or skipping. That's tough to do though, especially for skipping, which is really an activity that is best done in small durations, like 2 minutes with other things between.
So the mixed circuit you could make yourself might start with cycling, say 15 minutes, followed by 2 min skipping, 1 min rest and 2 min skipping. Then another 5 min on the bike, 5 min of high intensity boxing (just hit it, and move around, "dance" around like you see boxers on TV!), and end with 5 min cycling.
That's one example, you can play with duration, do more skipping or boxing, more cycling, that's entirely your call, depending on what you enjoy. But the idea would be to get up towards 40 to 50 minutes!
