Hallo Lionel
She needs to go for a follow up at her GP or the doctor that did the operation as soon as possible. She may have a bleeding area that causes blood to run down the back of her throat, causing the nausea and throwing up of blood. It will also cause low blood pressure and anemia and can be very dangerous.
