Hi Doc

Thank you for your reply. Today I did not have a headache, but I also ate a bit more than the last two weeks today - onlcuding some carbs. I have been on a diet where I cut back sugar and carbs - just bread and pasta and generally eating less food. Was wondering if eating some bread today

y again and not getting a headache is a coincidence or perhaps related?

Dear Belinda
Low blood sugar can trigger migrain type headaches - try to eat some carbs - 3-4 portions per day but low GI - this will not influence your weight loss.
