possible to conceive after vasectomy??

My boyfriend had a vasectomy about two years ago. The doctors say it can' t be successfully reversed. Is there any way that the sperm can still be ' harvested' ?

Dear Want a baby

Sperm can still be harvested after a vasectomy by a small testicular biopsy. However the sperm retrieved in this way can only be used for conception utilizing IVF with ICSI.
