Possible ENdometriosis

Good day,

I am currently waiting to get an appointment with my Gynae to see whether i have Endometriosis or not. I had my pelvic scan today and the radiographer said that all was clear and that it might be a small polyup that has not shown up on the scans. Can polyup''s be removed via Laporoscopy if they are found?

Polyps in the uterus can be removed by hysteroscopy - a telescope into the uterus.
