Portion Eating Plan

Hi Dok

Het gister begin met die Portion Eating Plan. Die enigste Dieet waarvan ek meeste kennis het is Weigh Less. By Weigh Less tel stysel groente saam met brood,pap en pasta in die Complex Carbohydrates groep en dan kan jy net 5 porsies ' n dag eet. Ek sien by die Portion Eating Plan tel stysel groentes onder die Groente groep. Verstaan ek dit reg so? Gaan ek dan nie op hierdie manier dalk te veel stysel inneem nie. Ek is nie lus vir Weigh Less met die geweeg van kos nie. Ek wil eerder my leefstyl verander, nog steeds lekker eet, dalk stadiger gewig verloor, maar dit permanent afhou. Ek is 41 weeg 102 kg, gebruik Skildklier medikasie Eltroxin en Tertroxin.

Sien ook dat die porsies aangedui word bv. 5-7 portions of starchy food. Ek neem aan dat ' n vrou dan 5 sal neem en ' n man dalk 7? Verstaan ek dit reg?
