Porridge

Is there a healthier alternative to mealiemeel? I love making putupap but I''m not sure of you can have it very often

If you use unsifted maize meal to make your putu, then this is a nutritional porridge which contains B vitamins and dietary fibre. You can also use oats porridge or if you require a breakfast cereal with a low-GI, try Pro-Nutro with fibre.
