Can a Medical aid deny Singuliar sprinkles for a 16 month old as part of an Asthma control treatment plan and is there anything else on the market doing the same function? His pead has given a motivation letter as he is not able to do a lung function test.

Ususally with sufficient motivation you should be able to have it approved. However. some MA's love to play hardball.
The only advise I have would be to go as high up the chain of command at the aid as possible!
