Rape/Non-consensual sex tends to be associated with force being used during the sexual act. Non-consensual sex – as it could be in the case of the women being drunk could occur without too much force as the women might not be showing any resistance and this resulting in no or little pain or discomfort afterwards. The probability is however that she will be aware – physically, that she had been penetrated. If she is regularly sexual active, it might be that she won’t even be aware that she was penetrated. It is however possible for a women that were intoxicated to have memory lapse. A medical examination would be the most accurate indication.

it can most definitely happen. If it happened to you - you have 72 hours to get ARV' s (to prevent HIV transmission) and emergency contraceptives. If you cannot recall at all and you are suspicious - my best bet would be for you to seek medical advise!!! if it means going now - please just go!!!!

Good luck!!!
