Have her properly assessed by a good local CHILD PSYCHIATRIST, rather than only a psychologist ( as they can't prescribe meds they sometimes overlook that option ). Perhaps some medication might help bring her disruptive behaviour under control, though CBT type psychological treatments may also be very useful.
Its significant that the teacher has seen no improvements, which raises the questio of whether this particular "remedial therapist " ( which is not really a recognized or standardized species ) might be barking up the wrong tree, or even in the wrong forrest.
