The diet you describe will probably produce weightloss, but it is not well balanced because it omits fruit and wholegrains. In addition it is dangerous to drink 3,5 litres of liquid a day (3 L of water plus the drinking yoghurt and the 120 ml of milk). Excessive liquid intake can cause water intoxication which can have negative effects due to electrolyte imbalances, which have proved fatal in some cases. Please reduce your total liquid intake down 2,5 L per day.
