Please advise

I,M a woman 39 years, i want to have another baby but my main concein is that what u Dr''s called High Risk. I want 2 know if i develop High blood or High chorestiral are they going 2 be managable while im pregnant? please advise if it is safe to fall pregnant at that age. Another thing I have ceaserian for my previous baby.
