Please advice

Dear Dotor, my second baby is now 5 months old. He has been a difficult baby and this is very tiring. I feel very run down, tired all the time, i feel nausious all the time, I keep on gaining weight, no matter what I do and also, my periods are very heavy. Please can you give me a guide as to what all this could mean. I want to go see a docter but not sure if I should see GP or specialist.

I would suggest that you see a GP. A lot of this sounds normal under the circumstancs.

Best wishes
