PLEA IN RECONVENTION

My husband initiated divorce at the family court. In his initially application he wanted custody and was willing to support minor with full educational and medical costs.
After Family Advocate report was issued and my home was to be the minors residence, he is now claiming that he can only pay 50% educational and medical fees.
Being the plaintiff can he do this.
He has an attorney and I don''t as I cannot afford this.
