Planning pregnancy

My husband and i are planning to start our family anytime from now.

Any advise on what i need to start doing to ensure i have a heathly pregnancy.

someone said i need to start folic acid tablets, how useful would this be?

Indeed it is advisable that folic acid be used prior to conception and during pregnancy as well. In addition early ovulation monitoring using the urine LH-testing kits may be contemplated to establish an ovulatory pattern.

Exercise, Eat healthy, take vitamins, such as multi vitamins and folic acids. Eat plenty of whole grains and green vegetables, as well as having milk and fruits such as bananas, oranges, cranberries, etc. Go walking, swimming.
