placenta previa

i am 20w pregnant with placent previa.
i really want to carry this baby to full term?
my gynae says that it will probably go away by about 28w??
any advice on how to handel this if it does not go away, i want to prepare myself?

As your doctor says, many of these will have moved up by later in the pregnancy. If the placenta remains low, you will need a caesarean.
