Pizza

HI Doc
Over the weekend i had some slices of Pizza and for the past weeks my diet has been on good track. could this have a huge impact on my diet, can i gain weight after consuming pizza once a month?

Having one meal a month that has a higher kJ or fat content will not hamper your weightloss diet if you stick to low-fat foods for the rest of the month. Never try to compensate for a high-energy meal by starving yourself, just return to your slimming diet and exercise as per usual.
