Pins and Needles right arm

I had a heart attack 13 years ago and also suffer from diabetes
About 5 times a day I get pins and needles in my right arm and hand
Do you think there is anything to worry

The pins and needles could be caused by a nerve root pinching in the neck - let your doctor have a look. He may want to send you for a x/ray of the neck.
