piles / stitching after kids

Can the piles / stitches after birth be done neatly again? I have piles around the stitched area and not sure if the piles is the problem or the elevated skin from the stitches?

Piles are dilated blood vessels in the rectum, so I am not sure what it is you are describing. If your episiotomy is not well stitched, it can be redone.
