Pigmentation

Ive read that pycnogenol helps with pigmentation issues, but cant find any iformation on how to obtain this?. Please can you assist or help with any advise?

pycnogenol is a natural plant extract from the bark of the maritime pine tree which grows exclusively along the coast of southwest France. Apparently it is used in a variety of creams and supplements. You can consult your pharmacist for more information about products that contain pycnogenol.
