physio and chiro

I visited the Chiro 2 days ago as I was having intense back ache. The Dr said my bones were out of line and she realingned them. I have a follow-up appointment next week and possibly another after that. Would it be advisable to have a back massage at a physio or masseuse a few days after my last appointment?

Massages are often beneficial - but your chiropractor who is more familiar with your condition is in a better position to advise such therapy if necessary. Talk to her about it.
