PH Balance in Diet

Can an unbalanced Ph be the cause of sore tendons in the legs and ankles?

I was told by a friend that having too much acid in ones body can cause a whole lot of issues in the body.

Apparently there is something one can use to test one' s Ph Balance and there is something once can take to rectify it.

Thanks,

Tania

Hallo Tania
Your body has an extensive chemical system to regulate the PH balance of your blood via the lungs and the kidneys and you don't need to take extra supplements to manage this if you are a normal healthy person. People with lung or kidney disease or acute debilitating disease (like after a big operation/injury/severe infection ) may have difficulty managing their ph levels.
