Peusel

Ek is iemand wat net nie kan ophou peusel nie. Ek probeer egter om ' n bietjie gewig te verloor en wil nie meer ongesonde goed peusel nie. Is dit okay as ek byvoorbeeld ' n klein appel eet wanneer ek lus voel vir iets soet? Of wat so u voorstel?

Tamatie &  agurkies help vir my. appels maak my honger.
wat ook help is ' n " shake"  die goed wat jy in die apteek kry vir " slimmers" . oorskiet slaai van die vorige dag werk ook.
my dr het, ' n eetlus " blocker"  voorgeskryf, help maar het baie newe effekte!
