How to deal with someone (without offending) who does not wash hair or body.

Always a delicate problem. The person most offended should calmly,politely and in private chat to the colleague. Explain that you are not being rude but would like to point out the matter which is causing the colleague possible embarrasement in the office,suggest assistance re personal hygiene material etc This is a difficult problem to deal with, but it must resolved.

Just tell them in a nice way that you dont mean to be mean, but he/she smell.
