Periods from hell

Hi
I have the worst periods and am at a loss for what to do. I have been on Yasmin for years. I only take the placebo every second cycle as a way to try and manage my bad period symptoms. I had some endometrial growth removed in November last year. A day or so before my period starts I get flu symptoms, runny nose, scratchy throat etc that never becomes anything and disappears before the end of my period. I have cramps that leave me crouched on the floor crying at least twice a day and knock me sick. I also have muscle pain and a migraine headache (with vision disturbances) that lasts the whole week. I feel exhausted for the whole week. Yesterday I couldn''t bring myself to get out of bed and slept virtually the whole day. Please, can anyone help? I am 30 years old and cannot bear the thought of having to go through the next however many years feeling this awful every six weeks. Honestly, I would have a hysterectomy if it weren''t for the fact that I haven''t had a child yet. Any suggestions anyone?
