good day i just want to find out is it normal not to get your monthly periods know for 3months iam 49years

Yes, it can be normal, as you are entering menopause. If you are concerned, I do suggest that you consult a gynaecologist for an examination and a full hormonal profile to evaluate if in fact you are in menopause.

You are at the right age to be going through menopause, which will cause your periods to become infrequent and eventually stop altogether. You need to go to your GP to check for menopause (blood test). He will also be able to give you the necesarry advice on what to expect and what to take to minimise the side effects of menopause.
