Periods

Hi Doc
I know you can help me. I am 26 years old with a 3 year old daughter. I am planning to fall pregnant later this year.
My problem is that every time i have my period especially on the firts day i have cramps, i mean those cramps that you have when you are in labour. Is this normal. It happen not long that 6 months ago.
