Period twice in a month

Hi, I have a 7month old baby and for the last 3 months I find I am getting my period twice in a month. Say with 10-15 days between periods.
I am breastfeeding twice a day, at night and in the morning.
And I am also on contraception that is safe for breastfeeding. Microval, white pills
Is my cycle now speeded up or should I go have it checked out by a gynae?
Thanks!

The cycle is due to the fact that you are breastfeeding and on Microval. It is a normal side effect.
