Perimennopausal

I am 51 years old and I still get my periods every 23 days. In February 2009 I missed my periods for the first time. In March I had a lighter period for about 4 days. About three days later I have started spotting, now for a week. Should I be worried or going to see my doctor??

It is probably the start of menopause, but see your doctor to be on the safe side.
