Penis Pain

Hello Dr.
I suffer from pain in the head of my penis, there are No redness or itching on the penis or grain
There is no burning when urinating

the Pain is like a prick when i press on the head of my penis

I did STD tests and urine test, the results are negative.

The Dr. told me to take profen or voltarin for 3 days.

so why the pain if everyt tests are ok? and what do advice me to do?

It is unclear to me why you are experiencing pain while there is no infection present. It is possible that there is some inflammation of the nerves supplying the penis with sensation. The reason for the inflammation is not clear and I therefore, do suggest that you use Voltaren 50mg, three times daily for at least 5 days.
