I have read that it is good to eat nuts.
Is this OK while on diet ?
How many grams of unsalted peanuts are recommended per day ?

Dear Steve
Peanuts are an excellent food which is rich in plant protein, 'good fats', and B vitamins, but they have a very high energy content (peanuts = 2431 kJ per 100g), so you would need to limit your intake to about 30g portions and not every day if you are trying to lose weight.
