PCOS - diet

Hi doc

I am 33 years old &  have Polycystical ovaries, periods are also irregular and my gynae advise me to loss weight,please can u assist with a good diet plan to loss some weight in order to concieve,

Have the sam problem as u, im 26. Low GI diet is what is recommended, if you can google it cause there is alot on the net about the low gi food etc. Good luck, weight loss is hard and slow but eventually bit by bit does come off!
