PCOS

I''ve just been recently diagnosed with PolyCystic Ovary Syndrome. There we months when I got my periods for a day and some months they were absent. The doctor put me on Metformin. What other medication / precautionary measures should I take for this syndrome?

I am 31 years old and have no kids. Will I have problems conceiving?
