payment after liquidation

the company we worked for was liquidated last year March and we are still waiting for our money, every time we make follow ups we are told that the matter will be resolved after a month and it has been 12 months now. we are currently unemployed and we need the money. is there any other way we can take this matter forward legally, or lodge a complaint against the liquidator.

please advice.
