Pasta

Hello,

What is the best pasta to use for training? More in the line of nice muscle mass not bulcking up! Normal white pasta or whole wheat pasta?

If you make sure that you are using pasta made from Durum wheat (check the label)(both standard and wholewheat) then you will be getting low glycaemic index (GI) carbs that will provide you with sustained energy so that you can do the exercise required to do sufficient training to build your muscle mass.
