Paranoia??

Lekker dag!

Not, fortunately, a Groendakkies case ! However, you seem to be describing a form of hypochondria, an undue focus on one's symptoms and the gloomiest possible interpretation of them. It would be worthwhile for you to see a good local psychiatrist for a full assessment and advice. There may, for instance, be a degree of Depression which is a powerful amplifier of any pain of whatever cause, as well as a perfect incubator of gloomy thoughts and interpretations of everything. With proper treatment, the pains and the implications you read into them, could be relieved
