Hi Marie Vos

You need to see a Vet A.S.A.P. This is defined as an EMERGENCY. The longer you wait the more severe the problem may become as the intravertebral disc is most likely going to cause permanent damage to the spinal nerves.
The vet will most likely give you the following options:
1) MRI/CT and Spinal Surgery.
2) Treat Medically - maybe not an option in this case.
3) Eventual Euthanasia - the dog may become urinary and faecal incontinent
4) Purchase a dog cart.

The information provided does not constitute a diagnosis of your condition. You should consult a medical practitioner or other appropriate health care professional for a physical exmanication, diagnosis and formal advice.
