Dear Leigh
Papaya is indeed a low-energy fruit. According to the SA Food Tables raw papaya contains 161 kJ or 39 kcal per 100g. Eating papaya and fat-free yoghurt will provide you with a healthy low-kJ breakfast that is also rich in vitamins A and C, and calcium, protein and vit B2.
