Panic attacks

I use to get panic attacks where i hyberventilate. Lately when i lay in bed sometimes asleep i get these shocks through my body almost like i stop breathing for a bit its scary to feel these muscle tense shocks _ could it be panic attacks?

The sleepy thing sounds more normal ( and may be the origin for the expression "falling asleep" ( ever thought about what an odd phrase that is ? ) --- sometimes when falling asleep or maybe even on waking, one's muscle tension suddenly goes loose, and we feel suddenly as though one is falling, and tends to wake with a jerk. Normal, though curious

Soms voel dit vir my of my asem baie vinnig uit my bors uit gedruk word. En my hart klop in my ore. Soos wanneer jy nie meer jou asem kan ophou onder water nie. My sielkundige het gesê dis angsaanvalle (panic attacks). Ek beweeg dan net vir 'n oomblik weg van dit waarmee ek besig is, en haal diep asem.
Probeer uitvind of jy nie 'n probleem het waarmee jy nie bewustelik kan cope nie. As ek constantly worry oor iets kry ek dit. Maar sodra ek dit uitgesorteer het, gebeur dit nie meer nie.
