PALOMAR AND FRAXEL

Hi Doc
What is the difference btw Palomar and Fraxel, and which is the better of the two? my concern is lines and crepiness to the chest area, im 35yrs old.

Both of the machines use excellent technology and you should get great results for the problem areas mentioned with either machine.

Your deciding factor should be the person operating the machine as the end results are dependent on the settings chosen. Try get a direct word f mouth referral or ask for before and after photographs of the area you would like treated and that the doctor/clinic have treated themselves (and not a generic manufacturer derived photo).
