painfully numb/cramps in my right hand

Some nights I wake up with my right hand very painfully numb/cramp, everytime I eat food with chillies.

I just started 2 years ago. What could the the reason for that.

It is most unlikely that the numbness/cramps/pain is associated with you eating food containing chillies. It is possible that you are experiencing Carpal Tunnel Syndrome that is causing the symptoms. Nerve impinchment in the cervical spine can also cause a painfull numb right hand.
