Painful Joints

Hi Dr
All my joints are painful, I suffer from gout, could this be the reason for all my joints to be painful, walking, driving and even sitting is a problem.

Gout typically affects the joints at the ends of the extremities, but it is possible that gout can cause these symptoms. You may also have another condition like rheumatoid arthritis at the same time so I would advise you to see a rheumatologist. Your GP can refer you to one.
