Pain in testicles and impotence

I have a pain in one of my testicles, I have also been impotent for a number of years. I am 53 years old, a smoker and drinker.
Do i have anything to worry about , besides the fact that im a smoker and a drinker.

Hallo Kenny
Pain in the testis can be due to inflammation, referred pain from the kidneys or bladder, or infection. RAther let your doctor have a look. Also feel if you feel any lumps in the testis as this could be a sign of cancer.
