Pain in pelvic area

Hi
I have pain in left side of abdomen[pelvic area spreads to back]

Pain started after I started exercising in the form of walking and after I picked a heavy box [20kgs]
Heres is a bit of history
1. Csection 3 years ago
2. Been for colonoscopy - just had some inflammation
3.Been to Gynae - full check up no cysts, fibroids all in order.
4.Now on anti inflammatories - incase it was a muscle strain.

Gynae would like to do a laproscopy , thinks it may be adhesions

Do you have any advice forme

Adhesions are a possibility. It does sound muscular though if it is brought on by exertion.
