Pain in Knee

Results of xrays read as follows:
There is mild degree of narrowing of the femoro-tibial joint with minor marginal osteophyte formation and subtle spiking of the intercondylar tibial spines. Minimal osteophytes are seen at the articular surface of the patella.
Can you please advise.

Thanking you.

Narrowing of the space between the tibia and femur can be due to chronic degeneration of the articulate surfaces. If chronic pain is present, a knee joint replacement can relief all your symptoms.
