pain in hips,legs and knees

I have a pain starting from the pelvis down to the hips,legs and knees. I''ve been attending physiotherapist but I was not helped. Iam living with painkillers every day.What may be the problem?

Pain from the pelvis and hips down to the legs and knees have many causes:
- conditions in the pelvis e.g. gynecological
-arthritis in the hips can be another cause
-even lower back problems with nerve compression can have those type of symptoms.
